2006 Honda Civic lease takeover

Its a lease takeover - 3 years left on the lease. 40,000km on the car, (allowed 20 000 km a year).

Brand new all season tires put on this August, dealer maintained, already inspected for the year. Has an extended 4 year warranty.

Car is automatic, has AC, CD/MP3 player, all the bells and whistles. Is a very clean car on the inside (no stains or smells) and no dents or rust on the outside. Its a DX-G model - you can look this up on the Honda website for more details.

Buyout is around 8000$.

Cost is 238$ a month... this is cheap because I put alot down, and its a family employee deal (thanks dad!!!)

The only catch is that I am asking for 2000$ down because I put alot down to get the price so low and only drove the car for a year... Its in great condition, still like brand new.

The lease takeover would start on November 1st.
