Like last year, I found that attending the Deep Roots Music Festival was a most inspiring experience. I started attending a songwriters workshop (free!!!) on Friday afternoon in the Irving Centre's garden room, and got little sleep until late Sunday night after running into Meredith Hayes (plays Wednesday Night On The Verge).  read more »


Wolfville Artists in LaHave

Well, there was an open air folk festival in LaHave last weekend. Wolfville artists were well represented among south shore favourites like Darren Arsenault. The site (Fort Point Museum), well south of Bridgewater was beautiful, And, well, artists like AlMageddon, Robbie Smith, Wellspring, the Hupman Brothers and t@b were well received by a well listening audience.

Today, on November 29, 2006 the new t@b CD “A Canadian in Berlin has become available. Look for it at the “Just Us” Cafe at the Acadia Cinema on Main Street in Wolfville. It will also be available at the next few Farmers Markets at the the SUB (Student Union Building) on Highland Avenue. A CD release show with special Guests Jack McDonald and Paul Cressman (A Band of Owls) will be held at Fairfield School (Great Room) On Friday the 8th of December, 2006 at 7pm.  read more »
